The Judge Advocate General Commission
The Judge Advocate General Commission is a department of the Judicial Court and comprises of six Judge Advocates General who are available to serve as counsel for those involved in appeals before the Court. Their responsibilities include performing discovery and research for cases, assisting parties throughout proceedings, and arguing cases before the Justices. Our Judge Advocates General are trained by the Court and are here to help students receive a fair hearing.

Celerino Lopez
Celerino Lopez is a sophomore Pre-Law major from San Antonio, Texas, aspiring to pursue a career as a Judicial Advocate General (JAG) in the United States Air Force. Outside of SGA, Cele is involved with the Corps of Cadets, Class Councils, and LULAC, in order to promote a life dedicated to the service and betterment of others. As the acting Traditions Director for the sophomore class, Cele hopes to promote the Aggie Spirit and the core values that bind all Aggies together into a tight-knit community. Cele joined the Judicial Court as a stepping stone into a legal career field. He is honored and excited to have the opportunity to serve SGA and the Student Body.
Erica Temblador
Erica Temblador is a sophomore majoring in political science from Houston, TX. Outside of the Judge Advocate General Commission, Erica is actively involved in Aggie Minority Women in Law, an organization that helps prepare minority women for law school. She plans to attend law school and, after graduating, hopes to work for the City of Houston. Erica is excited to have the opportunity to serve SGA as a Judge Advocate General and is committed to embodying the Aggie core values.
August Pritzlaff
August Pritzlaff is a freshman Political Science major from Cedar Park, Texas. He has a deep passion for law and government service, and hopes to use his position on the Judge Advocate General Commission to serve the students of Texas A&M. After graduating, he plans to use skills developed as a JAG to pursue a career in law.
Riva Pradhan
Riva Pradhan is a freshman business major from Sugar Land, Texas with a passion for law, ethics, and advocacy. Outside of the Judge Advocate General Commission, Riva is actively involved in Aggie Women In Business as a Finance Committee member and is Vice President of Marketing in the Lechfadden Community Council. As a JAG, she plans to hone her skills in legal analysis and advocacy to promote the Aggie Spirit and make a meaningful impact on the student body. After graduating, Riva plans to attend law school and specialize in litigation or constitutional law in Washington D.C. She is honored and grateful to have the opportunity to contribute positively to the JAG commission.
