S tudents are required to file an appeal with the Judicial Advocate office via email and hard copy to the Chief Justice. The hard copy may be dropped off in the Chief Justice tray located in the Judicial Court Cubical in the SGA wing of Koldus.The Judge Advocate General will notify the Chief Justice that an appeal has been filed. After the Chief Justice has reviewed the appeal, the Judge Advocate General will notify the defendant that an appeal has been filed, and the plaintiff to confirm receipt of appeal, and arrange a hearing.
